Support over the long term.

KECK optical riflescopes in the ZENITH ED, PRECISION HD and BREEZE HD series are covered by the KECK Lifetime Warranty.

Submitting a warranty claim

If a product is suspected of having a quality-related issue, the customer or an authorised KECK dealer should provide:

• The product model.
• The unique product serial number.
• Clear photographs showing the issue.
• A short video demonstrating the problem, together with a brief description of the fault.

KECK will conduct a technical assessment using the information provided. Once the issue is confirmed to result from a defect in materials, manufacturing, assembly or another product-quality-related cause, KECK will provide an appropriate warranty solution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include replacement, repair or another suitable after-sales remedy.

Product returns

For quality issues confirmed by KECK to be covered under warranty, the defective product will normally not need to be returned to China. If a return is required for technical analysis, quality investigation or other exceptional circumstances, KECK will advise the customer or authorised dealer.

What is covered

Defects in materials and workmanship arising under normal use are covered. KECK will repair or replace a covered product at no additional cost during the applicable warranty period.

What is excluded

The Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidental damage or other abnormal use. Exclusions include severe drops or impacts, unauthorised disassembly or modification, improper installation or operation, intentional damage, and normal cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality. Exposure beyond the product’s specified environmental limits may also be excluded.

The warranty-assessment procedure is intended to reduce unnecessary international shipping and repair lead times, and to simplify after-sales support for customers and authorised dealers.
